HOW DO I GET A SIM CARD?
- Go to the NOUMEA YACHT SERVICE office at Port Moselle marina here.
- Recover a SIM card.
- Make a secure online reservation from this website.

When booking, enter the last six digits of the SIM card's BSCS number.
With the red rectangle surrounding the last 6 numbers, here "02 17 50 ".
- Please wait 48 hours for the SIM card to be activated (activation is not possible at weekends). As soon as activation is confirmed, an email will be sent to you with your phone number.
HOW CAN I EXTEND THE USE OF MY SIM CARD?
- Once activated, the SIM card is valid for 30 days.
- Without extension, it will be automatically deactivated at the end of the 30 days.
- To extend the use of the SIM card: purchase a new package one week before the end of the 30-day period from the website, again entering the BSCS number of the SIM card used.
- On receipt of the new payment, an extension confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
ATTENTION: it is impossible to buy a different package from the first one. The extension can only be made on the same package, or you must go back to NOUMEA YACHT SERVICE to get a new SIM card and repeat the procedure.
CANCEL MY PLAN ON MY SIM CARD?
Without an extension from you one week before the end of your 30-day contract, termination is automatic, there's nothing to do.
You can throw away your SIM card.
