Our agency is open 7 days a week, from 6am to 1am, 2 hours before each departure and 1h30 after each arrival.

We can deliver your order. To do so, write to us at: booking@ncpocketwifi.com and give us your delivery address. ATTENTION: our team needs a minimum of 24h to deliver your order. Delivery is to Nouméa only, and costs : 25 Euros (3,000 XPF).

We refund a reservation in 2 cases only:

  • A failure of our equipment with the impossibility to replace it.
  • Case of force majeure: bad weather or serious accident with proof.

We depend on the network coverage of the local operator. Please refer to the detailed map in the "3G AND 4G COVERAGE MAP" section. We cover 80% of the territory.

Refer to the user guide provided in your pouch. As a reminder :

  • If you have rented a Pocket Wifi Essential, follow these steps:
    • First check the network coverage around you. To do this, press the ON/OFF button on the left side of the unit twice. The network bars will light up as well as the light points. 1 light point lit = very weak network which causes a very slow Internet, 4 light points lit = excellent network.

    • If despite a good Internet network coverage is slow or unusable, restart your device and Pocket Wifi by holding the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds.

  •  If you have rented a Pocket Wifi Ultimate, follow these steps:

→ First check the network status on the main screen (number of bars displayed on Network Coverage). Few bars means that the network coverage is poor. If this is the case, move around and try again.
→ If the problems persist, restart the box by pressing "OFF/ON".
→ If the problems still persist, follow these steps to RESET the Pocket Wi-Fi:
→ Click "More" on the main screen;
→ Click "About";
→ Click "Factory reset", "Factory reset" again and "OK" ;

The Pocket Wifi is rebooting, wait a few seconds.

We advise you to pay online because it is the payment that allows you to block the reservation of your Pocket Wifi.

Warning: the more devices connected, the slower the speed.

It varies from 500Kb/s to 2Mb/s depending on the offer chosen and your position on the territory.

With 1 connected device, you can watch streaming series, send/receive e-mails, surf the internet, consult social networks.
